I’m not on this whole bullshit of a wagon known as the “Soulja Boy Fan Base.”

Fuck Soulja Boy. He has NO talent WHATSOEVER!

Have you listened to the words coming out of his mouth!? One, it’s gibberish. Absolute, pure nonsense. And secondly, his voice is, well, shit. I’ve tried to come up with a way that I can describe his voice to you, but I can’t…so I’ll come up with a story that I believe is the reason for his shitty-shitty-shittyness.

I think his mother dumped him in a jar of paint thinner when he was a young boy. And the chemicals and the fumes fucked with his head, and made his throat hoarse and his mind delusional.

And has he grew older, he had insane thoughts, like, “HEY! I KNOW WHAT I WANNA BE WHEN I GROW UP! I WANNA BE A SINGER!” And somehow, through some sheer unknown force, he has become famous, and any of you that listen to him, and appreciate his music, are encouraging him.

Why would you do such a horrible thing to this world!? Have you no self-respect, or discipline? WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU!?!?

And another thing….

What’s with the dance? How can bopping back and forth and back and forth and back and forth, and bobbing your head up and down, up and down be considered dancing!? HOW! HOW IS THAT FUCKING POSSIBLE!?

There is no way that anyone can do that dance and look good. No one. No one ever has looked good doing it, and no one ever will. It’s really a sign that we as human beings are slowly de-evolving into some fucked up, retarded race that seems to think it’s ok to dance like coked up kangaroo.

Fuck Soulja Boy.

And if you listen to him? There’s a little piece of me that just lost some respect for you.

Things That Make Me Happy

These are some things that make me happy:

1) The fact that U2 is planning on releasing a new CD by the end of the year

2) +44 has NOT broken up, and are indeed still very much a band and in the process of a new record

3) The beautiful weather

But, alas, there is homework to be done. So the happiness levels? Not so high right now. But it’ll be better. Very, very soon..

So..They Lost…Again, Interesting Music and Warped Tour

So, the Leafs lost tonight. 6-2! OMG! Jesus…help this team…

I really want to buy the new CD by Viggo Mortensen entitled “At All”. You can check it out here. Usually, Viggo’s CD’s aren’t for the people who can’t accept different music. Lots of pianos, voices, just, oddness. But it’s awesome. If you can, check it out. I also want his new book called “Skovbo”. He takes amazing photographs and God I want this book. Check it out here.

A New CD, Thoughts on Music, and A Link To Languages Lost

Hello there! I bought a new CD this week. The CD is from “The Color Fred” called “Bend to Break.” It’s a really good album, and I highly suggest checking it out. You will NOT be disappointed. And if you are? Well, frankly I don’t care. I liked it, I like it, and in the end, that’s what music is about. It’s about listening and enjoying what YOU want to. That’s what’s important. All you can do listen, enjoy, and if you wish, share it. That’s it. Which brings me to something that I truly believe in. 

Music is quite possibly the most personal thing ever. There will always be music. Always. There always has been, and there always be. And to judge or ridicule someone over the type of music they listen to, whether it be folk, rock, jazz, oldies, whatever, is, to put it bluntly, fucking stupid. Why? ‘Cause it is entirely, 100% personal. You can not like a certain genre music, of course! You can hate an artist or a song or a genre all you like, but does that make it bad? NO! IT DOESN’T! AT ALL! Don’t be an idiot and judge someone on the type of music they enjoy. It’s savage.

2 New CDs!!!

So, I’m in a really stoked kind of mood, as the kids are calling it these days. Actually, I don’t know if that’s what they say. I don’t know what kids say. As far as I’m concerned, I’m a kid still. So go me. ANYWAY!  I just received two new Cds in the mail today. 

First CD? Paramore, live from the Manchester Apollo. In all respects, this is for my girlfriend, but I’m gonna be stealing it quite often. ‘Cause, quite simply, Paramore is amazing. And you should listen to them.

Second CD? Jimmy Eat World, live from Manchester Academy in England. I haven’t even listened to it yet, and I know it’s good. I just know it. It’s Jimmy Eat World…how could it not be?

Anyways, my dog is looking at me with that longing, lovable look in his eyes that says “throw my green ball please” so I must be off.

Well, the Toronto Maple Leafs lost tonight. Not really a surprise. BUT, what is a surprise, is the fact that they lost to the Florida Panthers 8-0!! What the hell happened? I think it’s time for a MAJOR revamp of the team. Just a whole damn change of fortunes. Please? K. Thanks.

Incredible Weekend, Another CULT Story, Top 10 Albums of 2007, and Hockey News

Hello all! I just spent an absolutely incredible weekend with my girlfriend. It was our one year anniversary on Saturday, and we celebrated by going to the movies (27 Dresses is actually pretty good) and going to Apple Bees (which was friggen delicious). So that was amazing 🙂 I also got to see Juno and Cloverfield, so I’m a happy person hehe. 

So, I know people are probably getting tired of all the Scientology stories and such, but it’s a threat, and people need to be educated. Go here for a great article from Time by Richard Behar. It’s a great read for anyone who wants to know more about this CULT.

And finally in some quick hockey news, the Easters All-Stars beat the Western All-Stars today by a score of 8-7. Go east. Down with west…ya, ok. Woopity. In news that matters a little more to me, there’s a lot of speculation that Mats Sundin will be traded by the trade deadline. Personally, I don’t think it will happen, but wouldn’t that be fun? Just completely mess with the Maple Leafs’ roster? Maybe its exactly what they need…
